RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At A1 Supermarket, your satisfaction is our commitment. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.


Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product is past its expiration date
  • An incorrect item was delivered instead of what you ordered

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods — unless they arrived damaged or expired
  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in original condition

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
